📌 How to get your Slack Bot Token:
1. Go to api.slack.com/apps
2. Create a new Granular App (legacy bots are deprecated after March 2025)
3. Under "OAuth & Permissions", add these Bot Token Scopes:
channels:read, channels:history, groups:read, groups:history,
users:read, users:read.email, files:read,
im:read, im:history (for 1:1 DMs),
mpim:read, mpim:history (for group DMs)
4. Install app to workspace
5. Copy the Bot User OAuth Token (starts with xoxb-)
